The Pentax 6x7 camera mounted on the AstroPhysics field flattener mounted on the 4" focuser. This camera will yield 6cm by 7cm negatives (120 format) which is roughly 4 times the area of the 35mm negative. Using this format, extremely large areas of sky can be recorded. Details of the home-made flip mirror and the new and improved focuser replacement for the First Scope, along with the trusty ST-4 can be seen here. The focuser on the camera was latter replaced with an 8x loupe.
